Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining M-Books for site measurements and contractor billing Support site engineers in day-to-day supervision and ensure work is as per drawings and specifications Conduct in office quantity measurements and update progress records regularly Coordinate with contractors vendors and project team for smooth execution Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures at the site Prepare daily site reports work progress updates and documentation Assist in material reconciliation and verification of contractor claims Learn and apply project management practices cost control and billing procedures Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering Knowledge of M-Book preparation and basic quantity surveying preferred Familiarity with construction drawings site execution and MS Excel is an added advantage Job Type Permanent Work Location In person
