Job Title Travel Agent - Domestic Ticketing Amadeus GDS Location Delhi Job Type Full-Time Experience 1-3 Years We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent Ticketing Executive with hands-on expertise in domestic air ticketing using Amadeus GDS The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented customer-friendly and capable of handling ticket issuance cancellations and reissues independently Responsibilities Book and issue domestic flight tickets using Amadeus GDS Handle cancellations rescheduling and refunds as per airline policies Create and manage PNRs accurately Provide fare quotes and itinerary options to clients Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes or special requests Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fare rules tax structure and promotional offers Ensure smooth customer service before and after ticket issuance Requirements Minimum 2 year of experience with Amadeus domestic ticketing Strong understanding of airline fare rules and cancellation refund procedures Proficiency in GDS commands manual entries preferred Valuable communication skills English Hindi Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings Knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
