We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior System Administrator with 5 to 6 years of experience to support and maintain our IT infrastructure The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in system administration user support and IT operations within Windows and or Linux environments You will work alongside senior administrators to ensure the reliability security and efficiency of systems and services used across the organization Key Responsibilities- IT Strategy Planning Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company s business goals focusing on innovation and digital transformation in the real estate sector Infrastructure Management Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure including hardware networking and data storage solutions to support company operations Operational Management Lead and manage the IT Projects ensuring their continuous development and alignment with organizational goals DevOps Knowledge is must Networking Connectivity Ensure that all company-wide network systems are up and running efficiently troubleshooting issues as they arise and planning for future networking needs Hardware Software Management Oversee procurement installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with business processes Security Data Protection Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect company data prevent cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy laws Vendor Stakeholder Management Coordinate with external vendors consultants and partners for IT services software procurement and system upgrades Tech Support Troubleshooting Oversee the resolution of IT issues across all company departments ensuring minimal downtime and prompt service delivery SQL installation and Troubleshooting IIS Powershell Scripting Budgeting Resource Management Manage the IT department s budget ensuring cost-effective use of resources for all IT-related projects and initiatives Digital Transformation Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing new technologies and tools that improve operational efficiency property management and customer experience Requirements Bachelor s degree in IT or related field Master s Certifications a plus 6 years of experience in IT management especially in hardware networking and systems integration Expertise in networking data security DevOps and cloud solutions Proven leadership and project management experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Benefits Flexible work environment Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
