We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Academic Counselor to lead student counseling initiatives and support the admissions process This role involves guiding students toward the right academic and career choices mentoring junior counselors and achieving admission and conversion targets Contact (phone hidden) Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about academic programs admission procedures eligibility and career prospects Manage and lead a team of academic counselors by providing guidance and support Handle escalated queries from students and ensure a high-quality counseling experience Conduct career guidance sessions workshops and presentations Oversee the admissions process from inquiries to enrollment Develop strategies to improve student conversion rates and achieve admission targets Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for promotional activities and events Maintain accurate counseling reports admission records and conversion data Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance counseling effectiveness Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Education Management or a related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student counseling admissions Robust leadership mentoring and team-handling skills Excellent communication convincing and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a target-driven environment Proficiency in MS Office and CRM admission management systems preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Work Location In person
