We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage and support the IT infrastructure at myG The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of hardware software networks and providing technical support to end-users Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers and other peripherals Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware software and networking issues Monitor and maintain LAN WAN Wi-Fi and other IT systems Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement repairs and maintenance Ensure data backup system updates and IT security protocols are followed Maintain IT asset records and generate periodic reports Requirements Diploma Degree in IT Computer Science or related field 1-2 years of experience in IT support technical roles Knowledge of hardware networking and Windows OS Strong problem-solving and communication skills Location Calicut Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
