Job Title Store Executive Vacancies 1 Department Store Employment Type Full-Time Permanent Salary 25 000 - 30 000 month We are seeking a Store Executive to manage the receipt storage and distribution of pharmaceutical machinery parts and components The role ensures accurate inventory records timely dispatch of materials and adherence to GMP ISO and other pharma industry quality standards Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain stock levels and manage inventory using ERP systems SAP Tally etc Record goods received and issued accurately Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Material Handling Receive incoming materials and inspect quality and quantity Tag label and store items appropriately Prepare and dispatch materials against job or customer orders Documentation Compliance Maintain GRNs Issue Slips Inward Outward Registers and other documentation Ensure compliance with GMP ISO and safety regulations Coordinate with Quality Control for material clearance Preferred Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical or relevant field Knowledge of pharma machinery parts tablet press granulators blenders is a plus Proficient in inventory software and MS Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift moderate weights and operate forklifts pallet jacks if required Industry Background Experience in pharma or machinery-related stores is preferred With Regards Himani HR (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
