Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive to join our sales team The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone presenting products or services answering queries and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products services Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales opportunities Explain product service features advantages and pricing to customers effectively Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products services Maintain accurate records of calls leads and sales in CRM systems Meet and exceed daily weekly monthly sales targets Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates Requirements Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive Telemarketer or similar sales customer service role Excellent communication and persuasive skills both in English and local language if required Strong listening negotiation and closing abilities Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets High level of self-motivation and resilience Education Experience Minimum Bachelor s degree preferred 0-2 years of experience in telesales telemarketing customer support freshers can also apply Benefits optional to add Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Training and career development opportunities Supportive and energetic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
