Business Function We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful technical delivery of YFJ and IWF workflows This role requires a proven track record in managing projects involving both platforms strong technical expertise and excellent cross-team communication skills The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern technologies such as microservices micro frontends Spring Boot and ReactJS Budget management experience is also essential Roles Responsibilities Define and manage project scope timelines and budgets for YFJ and IWF workflow projects Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery Develop and maintain detailed project plans including risk assessments and mitigation strategies Effectively communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders at all levels Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural and design standards Manage project dependencies and resolve conflicts effectively Monitor project progress against KPIs and adjust plans as needed Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges Leverage expertise in microservices microfrontends Spring Boot and ReactJS to guide technical decision-making Foster a collaborative and positive team environment Manage project budget and resources effectively Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Proven strong experience as a Technical Project Manager with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery Hands-on experience with YFJ and IWF platforms is highly desirable Strong technical understanding of microservices microfrontends Spring Boot and ReactJS Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Experience managing project budgets and resources Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Proficiency in project management methodologies e g Agile Waterfall Experience working in a rapid-paced dynamic environment
