Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty member with 1-2 years of experience to train and guide students professionals in various HR concepts practices and tools The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience in HR and solid communication skills to deliver effective training sessions Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and online training sessions on core HR topics such as Recruitment Payroll Performance Management Employee Engagement and HR Analytics Develop training materials presentations and assessments aligned with industry standards Mentor and guide students on real-time HR practices and tools like HRMS ATS etc Stay updated with the latest HR trends labor laws and best practices Assist in conducting workshops webinars and placement support activities Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in core HR functions or as a faculty trainer in HR Knowledge of HR processes tools and labor laws Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to engage and interact effectively with students Proficiency in MS Office familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus Preferred Skills Certification in HR or related domains Experience with recruitment software or HR analytics tools Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
