includes Pensions Workplace Savings FundsNetwork TM Personal Investing Retail Digital Customer Services and International business This includes the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue operational compliance finance legal marketing and customer service functions The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day-to-day basis including data centre networks proximity services security voice incident management and remediation Enterprise Change and PMO ECPMO is a centralised global team with responsibility for delivering a consistent change process across FIL with traceable adherence to the new Enterprise Change Framework increasing efficiency by eliminating duplication and enabling higher levels of automation and enhancing support for the business and delivery of our ambitious change and transformation plan FIL-wide Purpose of your role This role is for an experienced Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills to join the ECPMO team and support the successful delivery of a variety of change initiatives across the change enterprise with a focus on the Clarity PPM product change tooling enabling automation and innovation and the effective use of AI Clarity is the Enterprise-Wide Project Portfolio Management PPM application used by Fidelity It acts as the golden source for all project records across the organisation to support delivery analytics and decision making It also provides effective time recording functionality for most of the organisational change resources to support both financial and resource management processes Your role as Business Analyst is to provide outcome focused business analysis across Clarity and other applications and processes supporting the Enterprise Change Framework This will cover requirements gathering process operations and change analysis building out test cases and test documents to support testing and embedding the changes into the operational areas You would also be required to create training material and support user onboarding The role requires close working with colleagues in UK Ireland India China and Hong Kong offices and as such the candidate sometimes may be required to be flexible in the hours they work This demanding role would perfectly suit a dynamic individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Requirements Planning and ManagementBe self-sufficient in identifying and understanding business requirements issues through engagement with key stakeholders Ensure that all stakeholders have a common understanding of what is being delivered and how it is aligned to the overall target operating model TOM Identify escalate as appropriate issues instances where any elements risking successful delivery are identified assisting in the resolution of these issues Supporting the effective management of the necessary JIRA boards and backlogs with the necessary teams and stakeholders Ownership of activities deliverables and outputs Supporting PM on scope timelines plans and RAID logs Process Analysis and AutomationUnderstand the application of practical and appropriate Generative AI with a mindset to automate and innovate Be able to apply effective analysis techniques to deliver the required outcomes that are fit for purpose Use your analytical skills to constructively challenge and achieve the right outcomes working collaboratively with the technical teams and wider stakeholders Experience in working in complex process data and tooling solutions Produce different forms of analysis output to an appropriate and agreed level of depth and audience Develop detailed target business processes that are aligned and support delivery of the TOM Facilitate workshop sessions on processes data and tooling requirements solutions with working groups across the globe including taking a lead role in co-ordinating the successful delivery of any Proof of Concepts POC Regularly review and edit requirements specifications business processes and recommendations relating to the proposed solution to ensure they are up to date throughout the life cycle of the project Proficiency with Visio JIRA and Microsoft Office tools Experience of working as a BA on projects that have a PPM focus using PPMs tools such as Clarity Embedding e g Testing Training Support Build out test approaches co-ordinate detailed documentation of test scenarios and manage end to end testing of the solution Work with the testers to define defects acceptable
