We are looking for an energetic proactive and self-motivated graduate to manage our store operations and sustainability initiatives at our Ananthagiri location This role requires someone who can drive sales expand customer demand manage microfinance activities and ensure timely collection of dues The candidate should be committed reliable and capable of handling both operational and financial responsibilities effectively Key Responsibilities Store Operations Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store Maintain stock levels ensure proper display and manage inventory Record daily sales transactions and prepare regular reports Sales Market Development Actively promote products to increase sales and customer base Develop strategies to boost revenue and create local market demand Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Microfinance Collections Manage customer accounts related to microfinance and credit Keep accurate financial records of loans advances and repayments Collect dues from customers on time and ensure financial discipline Community Engagement Sustainability Engage with local communities to create awareness about products and services Support sustainability initiatives that align with organizational goals Represent the organization positively in all local interactions Reporting Compliance Prepare daily weekly reports on sales collections and store performance Ensure all activities comply with company policies and financial standards Highlight challenges or risks to management promptly Qualifications Skills Graduate in any discipline Commerce background preferred Experience in sales store management or microfinance is desirable Strong communication negotiation and customer relationship skills Ability to work independently with energy and responsibility Good understanding of financial management and record keeping Target-oriented energetic and trustworthy Compensation Advantages Competitive Salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work closely with the local community and contribute to sustainability initiatives Career growth opportunities based on performance Accommodation will be provided Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
