Role Site Supervisor Looking for a site supervisor role 1 The candidate will be looking after sites in Mumbai region mostly On the field job 2 Job will include coordinating site activities making sure the labour is assigned at the correct areas making sure to plan scaffolding usage in advance liaison with client s site team to make sure work is running smoothly and as per requirement 3 Looking for a person between the 35-40k bracket or will be negotiable discussed based on the interview Job description Role responsibilities Daily execution of site activities as planned by Site Engineer and Project manager Ensure observance of various quality parameters laid down by the organization using a checklist Accountable for all safety settings at project site and plan all site activities undertaking utmost safety precautions Monitor the progress of all on site activities in an efficient timely and cost effective manner Understanding of the designs plans layouts to ensure efficient execution Effective communication and interaction with internal team laborers and contractors Provide continuous input and updates to reporting authority about work completion and real time challenges Timely escalate of any ground level issues with laborers contractors and any other party and ensure suitable resolution Be aware of flow of inventory from delivery to issuance and usage Supervise every stage of construction and or finishing of the project as per assigned responsibility by the reporting authority Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
