Job Role Key responsibilities Order Coordination - Receive and verify customer orders for RMC dispatch - Schedule deliveries based on order priority and site requirements Dispatch Planning Execution - Allocate vehicles and drivers for timely delivery - Check transit mixers TM and pumps before dispatch for readiness fuel rotation cleaning - Monitor loading operations to ensure correct quantities and mix designs Communication Tracking - Coordinate with clients regarding delivery status delays or site readiness - Supervise unloading at site pumping dumping and capture details in the RMC Working Report - Record downtime and report to HOD - In case of quality or complaint issues support QC Sales team with dispatch details - Monitor GPS of all transit mixers to ensure timely movement route adherence and delivery efficiency - Deliver bills invoices of all RMC dispatches to respective customers accurately and on time Documentation Reporting - Maintain accurate records of dispatches delivery slips and trip sheets - Prepare daily dispatch and stock reports for management - Track on-time delivery and breakdown impact Compliance Safety ensure - Adherence to safety protocols during loading and delivery - Verify that vehicles meet operational and compliance standards Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience working in dispatch in RMC plant What is your current CTC Work Location In person
