Job Title Senior Sales Executive Department Sales Marketing Location Noida Experience Required 5-8 Years Reports To Managing Director About Shashi Steels Corporation Shashi Steels Corporation has evolved from a single-product dealer to a trusted national distributor for India s leading steel manufacturers such as JSW Steel Ltd SAIL Jindal Steel Power Ltd Rathi TMT Group SBF Rapid Amba Steel DADU Pipes Tubes and many more With our strategically located retail and warehousing facilities skilled workforce and comprehensive product portfolio we play a pivotal role in supporting India s industrial growth Role Overview As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing key client relationships and expanding our market presence You will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets while upholding the company s reputation for reliability quality and customer service Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients dealers fabricators infrastructure companies etc Generate sales leads follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate steel products TMT bars pipes structural steel etc Negotiate terms pricing and contracts in line with company policies Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Prepare and present sales reports to the management Participate in trade shows exhibitions and industry networking events Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree BBA MBA Marketing or a related field 5-8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales preferably in the steel or construction material industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Positive understanding of steel products grades and specifications Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer base is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
