Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Skilled to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for our call centre operations The role involves ensuring uninterrupted server performance system security CCTV operations and overall technical support to keep the workplace efficient and secure Key Responsibilities KRAs Server System Management Install configure and maintain servers desktops and other IT systems Monitor server performance and ensure uptime of critical systems Implement and manage server policies and backups Network Security Configure and maintain firewalls antivirus and security protocols Monitor network traffic and ensure data security compliance Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide quick resolutions IT Asset Inventory Management Maintain an updated inventory of all IT hardware and software Oversee procurement allocation and maintenance of IT equipment CCTV Surveillance Operations Monitor and maintain CCTV systems across the premises Ensure proper recording storage and functioning of security footage Coordinate with vendors for CCTV troubleshooting and upgrades Technical Support Provide first-line technical assistance to staff and call centre agents Troubleshoot system issues software errors and hardware breakdowns Coordinate with external vendors for escalated technical issues Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in IT Computer Science or a related field 1-3 years of experience in IT support preferably in a call centre BPO environment Strong knowledge of servers networks firewalls and CCTV operations Hands-on experience in troubleshooting systems and network issues Ability to work under pressure and provide quick resolutions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience in Server Firewalls Server Policy System Inventory CCTV operation etc What was your last package Experience IT 3 years Required Work Location In person
