About Us GoZupees is a fast-growing AI and growth solutions company building enterprise-grade voice agents agentic AI systems and intelligent dashboards for global clients across telecom SaaS and eCommerce We also work with DTC eCommerce brands to scale revenue through email SMS affiliate and partnership marketing and AI-driven customer retention strategies We are looking for a highly organized Executive Operations Associate to join our team in India This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is comfortable using AI tools and can act as the backbone of our operations keeping projects documents and communication flowing smoothly across multiple industries especially eCommerce Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Communication Draft edit and format proposals SOWs and client-facing documents Use AI tools ChatGPT Jasper Notion AI to create first drafts of content then refine for clarity and polish Prepare meeting agendas capture detailed notes and circulate action items with clear owners and deadlines Draft email updates and internal comms for leadership review Project Task Management Maintain project trackers in ClickUp Notion Google Sheets Ensure deadlines deliverables and follow-ups are monitored and completed on time Act as a central coordination point between leadership and the wider team Research Intelligence Conduct quick market scans competitor research and background notes on clients Build and maintain lists prospects contacts influencers etc to support business development Track eCommerce industry news Shopify ecosystem retention marketing partnership trends to support leadership insights Curate case studies and benchmarks on DTC eCommerce growth strategies for internal and client use Administrative Support Manage calendars schedules and time zone coordination for global clients Organize documents NDAs contracts and compliance packs Assist with onboarding checklists for current hires and vendors Requirements 3-6 years of experience in a support EA or project coordination role consulting tech eCommerce or fast-growth company background preferred Excellent written and verbal English skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace Notion ClickUp and familiarity with Slack Zoom Comfort with using AI tools for drafting summarization and document creation Proactive mindset able to anticipate needs flag issues and stay ahead of deadlines Nice to Have Exposure to DTC eCommerce brands agencies or SaaS supporting online retail Experience handling international stakeholders and senior executives Familiarity with CRM tools HubSpot Apollo Airtable Compensation Benefits Competitive salary 35 000 - 75 000 month depending on experience Work-from-home with potential in-person meetups for training strategy Opportunity to work directly with global executives on cutting-edge AI and eCommerce growth projects Clear growth path into Operations Manager or Chief of Staff track How to Apply Send your CV along with a short note on Your experience with managing documents schedules and research An example of how you ve supported eCommerce or online business projects if any How you ve used AI tools to improve efficiency Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month
