Job Title Human Resource Executive Company Overview Foniton is a leading chain of retail outlets specializing in mid-level residential electronics Committed to offering quality products affordability and exceptional customer service we cater to homeowners seeking reliable and innovative electronics solutions As we continue to grow and expand our operations we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to support our team members and contribute to our company s success Position Human Resource Executive Location Specify location s of retail outlets or corporate headquarters Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals Screen resumes conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience Onboarding and Orientation Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires including orientation sessions completion of paperwork and introduction to company policies and procedures Provide support and guidance to current employees to help them acclimate to their roles and integrate into the company culture Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries concerns and grievances Address issues promptly and effectively maintaining confidentiality and impartiality Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication resolving conflicts and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration Performance Management Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and feedback sessions Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters including performance improvement plans and career development opportunities Training and Development Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities Coordinate training sessions workshops and seminars and track training attendance and effectiveness HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts offer letters and termination letters Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field Master s degree or HR certification preferred Proven experience in human resource management preferably within the retail or consumer electronics industry Strong understanding of HR policies procedures and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite Join Foniton and play a key role in supporting our team members and fostering a positive work environment If you are passionate about human resources and committed to helping employees thrive we want to hear from you Apply now and be part of our mission to revolutionize the residential electronics industry Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Experience HR 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
