Position Education Manager - Khushiyon Ki Paatshala KKP Organization Enrich Lives Foundation ELF Location Mumbai covering 9 KKP Centres Reports to Education Head About Enrich Lives Foundation ELF Enrich Lives Foundation ELF is a Mumbai-based NGO working to uplift marginalized communities through education women empowerment and poverty alleviation initiatives Khushiyon Ki Paatshala KKP is ELF s flagship after-school program that supports underprivileged children by providing academic guidance holistic development opportunities and a joyful learning workplace across 9 centres Role Overview The Education Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the educational strategies and content designed by the Education Head across all KKP centres The role includes managing the KKP teaching team maintaining data systems monitoring program quality mobilizing and retaining students and ensuring effective execution of academic and co-curricular initiatives This is a full-time position Monday to Saturday Salary will be discussed based on experience Key Responsibilities 1 Academic Program Quality Ensure the effective execution of curriculum content and pedagogy developed by the Education Head Monitor and evaluate academic performance of children and introduce corrective measures in line with Education Head s guidance Conduct periodic assessments and analyze progress through baseline midline and endline tests Compare school academic scores with internal assessments to track progress Facilitate the implementation of play-way and activity-based learning methods introduced by the Education Head Organize enrichment activities to support children s holistic development 2 Team Management Supervise guide and support a team of teachers across 9 centres Conduct regular training workshops and capacity-building sessions as directed by the Education Head Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback 3 Student Mobilization Retention Drive mobilization efforts to ensure maximum enrolment of marginalized children Implement strategies to reduce dropouts and sustain student participation Build rapport with parents community members and local stakeholders to strengthen program outreach 4 Data Reporting Maintain accurate data on student enrolment attendance performance and retention Track impact indicators and prepare timely progress reports for the Education Head Ensure data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement 5 Organizational Contribution Support ELF leadership in program execution and contribute insights from the field to the Education Head Represent ELF in community and stakeholder meetings related to KKP Take up any additional responsibilities assigned by the Education Head or the organization Qualifications Skills Education Master s degree in Education or related field preferred Bachelor s degree with strong experience in education management may also be considered Experience Minimum 5 years experience in education preferably in NGOs schools or after-school programs Proven experience in team management and program supervision Skills Competencies Strong understanding of child pedagogy remedial education and play-based learning methods Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data management and report preparation MS Office Google Suite Ability to mobilize communities and engage with diverse stakeholders Passion for working with marginalized children and commitment to ELF s mission Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
