Job Responsibilities Oversee daily plant administration including housekeeping canteen transport and facility management Ensure effective security measures to safeguard company assets materials and employees Manage security personnel vendors and ensure proper access control at the plant Implement safety policies and ensure compliance with statutory norms Fire PPE usage Emergency drills Conduct regular safety audits risk assessments and training sessions for staff and workers Maintain records related to security incidents safety inspections and compliance documentation Coordinate with local authorities contractors and service providers for smooth operations Handle visitor management gate pass system and CCTV monitoring Candidate Requirements Gender Male Qualification Graduate Diploma in Administration Security Management or Safety Age 35 - 40 years Experience 7-10 years in Plant Administration Security or Safety Management Knowledge of labor laws safety standards and factory compliance will be an added advantage Solid leadership discipline and crisis management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
