Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at the site The role involves supervising day-to-day site operations ensuring timely execution of work maintaining quality and safety standards and coordinating between contractors labor and the project team Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawing Ensure proper execution of work by contractors and laborers Read and interpret construction drawings specifications and BOQs Work Coordination Coordinate with civil subcontractors vendors and site labor for smooth execution Ensure availability of materials tools and equipment in office Assist the site engineer and project manager in day-to-day site operations Quality Safety Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and design specifications Enforce safety practices and conduct regular safety checks Monitor workmanship and report any quality issues to the site engineer Reporting Documentation Maintain daily progress reports DPR labor deployment and material consumption logs Assist in preparing measurements for billing and verification Report any delays issues or site challenges to management Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and materials Ability to read and understand structural architectural drawings Leadership skills to manage site labor and contractors Basic computer skills MS Excel Word for reporting Familiarity with safety and quality standards Qualifications Experience Diploma in Civil Engineering ITI in Civil or equivalent 3-8 years of site supervision experience in building construction infrastructure real estate industrial projects Experience with RCC finishing works formwork concreting etc Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
