We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage civil infrastructure projects including road construction thermal power plant construction real estate development and sub-station projects at our site in Chapra Bihar The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects managing client relationships overseeing in office operations and ensuring adherence to quality safety and compliance standards Key Responsibilities o Lead the overall planning execution and monitoring of civil infrastructure projects o Direct interaction with clients providing regular progress updates and reporting o Manage sub-contractors including billing coordination and work verification o Preparation and verification of running and final project bills o Oversee on-site resource allocation and material management o Efficient labour management to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations o Implement and ensure adherence to safety quality and compliance standards on-site Qualifications Experience o Mandatory B Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering o Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects o Strong command over project planning billing and execution processes o Proven leadership coordination and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Work Location In person
