We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team at Assisttree India The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across functions Source candidates through job portals social media employee referrals headhunting and qualified networks Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic video interviews to shortlist candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies Schedule and manage interview processes including feedback collection Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System ATS HR database Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track and report recruitment metrics time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality of hire etc Assist in campus hiring drives recruitment campaigns and HR projects as needed Timings 2 PM to 10 PM Location SSR Corporate Park Faridabad Delhi Border Job Type Full-time Pay 11 141 80 - 34 106 55 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
