Responsibilities Edit raw video footage along with b-rolls high-quality final outputs for social media YouTube webinars and marketing campaigns Add graphics text overlays transitions sound effects and background music where needed Repurpose long-form content e g webinars podcasts into short-form clips for reels shorts Maintain brand consistency across all videos Stay up-to-date with editing trends formats and platform-specific requirements Reels Shorts LinkedIn videos etc Assist in developing and implement a content strategy across platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube etc Plan schedule and publish posts consistently Engage with the audience respond to comments messages and build community Track analyze and report performance metrics reach engagement conversions Stay updated with platform trends algorithm changes and best practices Manage paid ad campaigns when need be Skills Qualifications Proficiency in editing software Strong sense of pacing storytelling and visual design Ability to handle both long-form and short-form content Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus Creativity attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies Experience with Canva Adobe Suite or similar tools is a plus Organized proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
