The Captive Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of captive projects from construction and commissioning to successful handover to customers and operations teams The role ensures projects are delivered within budget on time and in compliance with safety quality and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle including execution commissioning testing and handover Optimize project plans to meet contractual and budgetary commitments Mitigate execution risks and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams SCM Engineering QHSE Finance Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables Enforce strict compliance with HSE quality assurance and regulatory standards Drive operational efficiency through cost control cycle-time reduction and performance improvements Supervise work quality train staff and control non-conformance costs COPQ Conduct periodic reviews resolve bottlenecks and escalate critical issues as needed Promote a solid safety and quality culture across all stakeholders Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance Engage and develop teams through performance feedback and training Ideal Candidate An experienced project leader with strong execution customer management and vendor management skills proven ability to manage budget safety and timelines and capable of driving operational excellence in complex captive projects
