About the Role We are hiring Accountants across multiple levels Junior Mid-level and Senior to join our growing team The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and taxation with the ability to handle responsibilities according to their level of experience Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on level of position Junior Accountant Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain ledgers Assist in preparing balance sheets income statements and other reports Manage accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations Support senior accountants in audits and compliance tasks Mid-level Accountant Oversee and review accounting entries and financial data accuracy Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with statutory regulations GST TDS and other tax filings Manage budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Assist in internal and external audits Senior Accountant Lead and supervise the accounting team Develop and implement accounting policies systems and controls Handle complex financial analysis MIS reporting and cost management Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Liaise with auditors tax consultants and senior management for financial planning and strategies Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field Professional certifications CA CMA CPA will be an added advantage for senior roles Proficiency in accounting software Tally SAP QuickBooks or others Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Good communication skills in English and local language if required Experience Required Junior Accountant 0-2 years of experience Mid-level Accountant 2-5 years of experience Senior Accountant 5 years of experience What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience and level Career growth opportunities across multiple roles A professional and supportive work setting Exposure to diverse accounting and financial operations What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience and level Career growth opportunities across multiple roles A professional and supportive work environment Exposure to diverse accounting and financial operations Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
