Position Overview Dock Social is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions excellent communication skills and proven experience in sales leadership Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets Identify qualify and secure recent business opportunities in digital marketing social media management SEO paid ads content marketing influencer campaigns etc Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagement Lead sales presentations pitch proposals and negotiate contracts with clients Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market shifts to identify opportunities and challenges Track analyze and report sales performance metrics to management Train mentor and motivate junior sales executives to achieve team targets Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field MBA preferred proven sales experience in digital marketing advertising or media industry Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Leadership and team management experience preferred Key Performance Indicators KPIs Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved New client acquisition numbers Client retention and repeat business rates Sales pipeline growth and conversion ratio Contribution to overall business expansion strategy What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with leading brands and exciting projects Dynamic and collaborative work environment Growth and leadership opportunities within the agency Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
