Field Service Engineer Company Niprow Eitek Location Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India and on-site at various client locations About the Company Niprow Eitek is a leading provider of high-quality industrial weighing systems including electronic and mechanical weighbridges crane scales and platform scales for sectors such as construction petrochemicals steel and transportation We are committed to delivering innovative reliable and precise weighing solutions to our clients Role Overview As a Field Service Engineer at Niprow Eitek you will be a crucial part of our customer-facing team responsible for the installation commissioning maintenance and repair of our complete range of industrial weighing systems You will ensure the flawless operation of our products at customer sites provide expert technical support and uphold our reputation for excellence Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation and commissioning of new weighbridges scales and weighing systems Conduct preventative maintenance scheduled service calls and calibrations to ensure optimal performance and accuracy of equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and software issues related to our weighing systems Execute timely and effective repairs replacements and system upgrades Provide comprehensive technical support and training to client personnel on the proper use and maintenance of equipment Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts AMCs and respond promptly to customer service requests Document all service activities including detailed reports on work performed parts used and technical findings Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment Required Qualifications Skills Experience Proven experience 2 years as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role preferably in the industrial equipment sector Technical Skills Solid understanding of electrical schematics and control systems Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults Experience with industrial scales load cells and digital indicators is a plus Personal Attributes Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Interested Candidates kindly share your cv to (phone hidden) Experience 2 to 8 years Job Location Coimbatore Salary Range 18k to 25 K Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
