1 Property Recovery - Recover possession of properties from defaulting tenants or owners - Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property condition - Develop and implement recovery strategies 2 Eviction Management - Manage the eviction process including serving notices and filing lawsuits - Coordinate with law enforcement and locksmiths for property takeovers 3 Dispute Resolution - Handle property-related disputes including negotiations and mediations - Resolve issues with tenants owners and other stakeholders 4 Property Maintenance - Ensure properties are secure secure and well-maintained - Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
