We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks ensuring accuracy in financial records and assisting in the preparation of financial reports Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare and process invoices payments and expense reports Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax etc Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as needed Use accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP for financial entries and reporting Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with specific software or ERP used in your company Knowledge of GST TDS and other local tax regulations Experience in handling reconciliations and reporting Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 638 48 - 44 054 64 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
