Role Desktop Support Manager We are looking for Desktop Support Manager who supports the planning implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge leadership qualities and the ability to manage IT operations in Chennai Branch and coordinating with Head Office at Saudi Arabia Responsibilities Supervise and support daily IT operations Monitor and maintain networks servers CCTV systems biometric devices and IT hardware Coordinate the installation configuration and troubleshooting of IT systems and services e g FortiGate Windows Server Office 365 Provide Level 2 3 support and escalate critical issues as needed Oversee asset management inventory control and technical documentation Manage IT-related projects including vendor coordination and branch site implementations Assist in developing IT policies security protocols and disaster recovery strategies Certifications in Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified AWS CompTIA Network Security Cisco CCNA CCNP ITIL Foundation are preferred Train support and mentor junior IT support staff Strong communication Team handling along with Leadership and problem-solving skills Qualification Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience including 1 - 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Proficient in Networking LAN WAN DNS DHCP VPN Firewall Windows Server and Active Directory Endpoint protection and data security Office 365 remote desktop tools and cloud environments IT infrastructure setup Wi-Fi CCTV biometrics etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 340 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Adambakkam Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Desktop support 5 years Required Work Location In person
