ServiceNow to join the Global Service Engagement Platform GSEP Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace Position Responsibilities Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture data and information management systems and components Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments Drafts data and information management products and service standards Assess impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle Contributes to architecture and data information management standards and strategies Development and Design within the GSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM ITOM ITAM and DevOps Provide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems Analyze and document current state process data and system architecture Define and document future state process data and system architecture This includes assessing feasibility of architectural alternatives impact to the production solution and documenting recommendations Ensure current and future state architecture conforms with policy and business constraints and applies ServiceNow best practices Identify recommend and implement development standards Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap Provides architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements Identifies opportunities to combine similar solution needs Provides leadership and participates in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform Contributes to governance processes Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies Use Agile and Kanban best practices through Azure Dev Ops ADO Basic Qualifications Required Skills Experience A Bachelor s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION Working knowledge and architecture of ServiceNow platform functionality including ITSM ITOM ITAM app engine Studio and DevOps Good understanding of the CSDM framework and working knowledge of setting up and maintaining a large CMDB Understanding of ServiceNow architectural best practices and how they are applied to enterprise solutions Analytical skills Ability to collect organize and analyze data and patterns from internal and external stakeholders and experts AGILE and SAFe best practices Ability to communicate across multiple teams service owners and key stakeholders Demonstrated initiative eager to learn adaptable and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems are designed and operated Desired Experience on AI capabilities on ServiceNow Experience with Automated Testing and Validation Experience with Azure DevOps ADO SAFe AGILE Typical Education and Experience Bachelor s degree and typically 13 -
