As a Student Admission Counselor at CADD Centre you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the admission process for prospective students interested in our various courses related to Computer-Aided Design and Drafting CADD Your primary responsibility will be to guide and assist students through the admission process providing information about our courses curriculum and career prospects You will be a key point of contact for individuals seeking guidance on choosing the right program that aligns with their career goals and interests Previous experience in counseling or admissions is a plus Key Responsibilities Student Counseling Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background career objectives and interests Provide detailed information about CADD Centre s courses curriculum and industry relevance Address queries and concerns related to the admission process course structure fees and other relevant details Admission Process Guide students through the admission process explaining the required documentation and procedures Assist in the completion of admission forms and documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness Course Information and Orientation Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of Computer-Aided Design and Drafting Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize students with course content learning resources and expectations Follow-up and Conversion Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective students who have expressed interest but have not completed the admission process Employ effective communication and persuasion techniques to convert inquiries into admissions Database Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries interactions and admissions in the database Collaboration Collaborate with other departments within CADD Centre to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services Feedback and Improvement Collect feedback from students and use it to improve the admission process and overall student experience Qualifications and Skills Degree in a relevant field Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively Previous experience in counseling or admissions in Interior or IT is a plus Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design and Drafting CADD is an advantage Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service Job Type Full-time Pay 450 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
