EdTerra EdVenture is India s leading student travel company using experiential journeys to enhance curriculum-based learning and develop life skills We design and operate educational tours across India and abroad ensuring safety learning and fun for every child Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic detail-oriented Outbound Travel Operations Manager who will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing international educational tours for students The role requires operational excellence strong vendor management and the ability to ensure seamless travel experiences aligned with EdTerra s quality standards Key Responsibilities Plan and execute outbound student tours Asia Europe USA etc ensuring academic safety and experiential elements Handle end-to-end operations including travel bookings visas insurance vendor coordination and logistics management Liaise with schools parents and internal stakeholders for pre-tour briefings and post-tour debriefs Handle group visa processing ticketing coordination and documentation Negotiate and manage vendor contracts airlines hotels transport partners for quality and cost-effectiveness Manage on-tour support teams and ensure risk management protocols Create and maintain tour operation reports and budgets Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel lifecycle Stay updated with international travel trends regulations and safety protocols Requirements Bachelor s degree Hospitality Travel Tourism or relevant field preferred 3-7 years of experience in outbound tour operations preferably in educational study tours or group travel Strong knowledge of visas ticketing and international travel documentation Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills Robust organizational multitasking and crisis management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with parents teachers and internal teams Proficiency in MS Office and travel operations software Willingness to travel if required during peak operations Job Type Full-time Pay 900 000 00 - 1 100 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Application Question s What is your salary Work Location In person
