Key Responsibilities Draft review and negotiate real estate agreements including sale deeds lease agreements joint venture contracts and development agreements Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisition title verification and encumbrance checks Liaise with external counsel government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure legal compliance Advise on RERA Real Estate Regulatory Authority matters land-use norms and building regulations Handle disputes litigations or arbitration related to property and land issues Ensure compliance with local and national real estate laws and corporate governance standards Support documentation for mergers acquisitions and investments involving property assets Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Law LLB Master s Degree LLM preferred but not mandatory Minimum 3-4 years of relevant legal experience in the real estate industry Solid knowledge of property and land laws contract drafting and regulatory frameworks Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
