Job Title Senior Developer - CIAM IAM Location Remote Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with deep expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management CIAM and backend development to join our dynamic engineering team The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Java Spring Boot and security protocols along with experience in leading solution design and mentoring development teams This is a hands-on role focused on designing scalable identity solutions integrating secure backend services and driving agile delivery in a cloud-native setting Key Responsibilities CIAM Architecture Identity Integration Design and implement scalable CIAM solutions using Ping Identity ForgeRock and Transmit Security platforms Apply best practices for identity lifecycle management including authentication authorization and consent flows Integrate identity protocols such as SSO MFA OAuth2 OIDC and SAML with enterprise applications Configure and maintain LDAP directory services e g Oracle Unified Directory - OUD Backend Development Develop secure high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot Design and integrate RESTful APIs with external and internal systems Handle structured and unstructured data using SQL e g DB2 and NoSQL e g MongoDB databases DevOps Cloud Infrastructure Deploy scale and manage services using Azure Kubernetes Service AKS Implement Kafka-based event-driven architecture for asynchronous data processing and microservices communication Leadership Agile Delivery Conduct code reviews enforce quality standards and mentor junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies leveraging Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural strategies across CIAM and application platforms Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field 6 years of experience in backend development and enterprise identity systems Demonstrated expertise in Java Spring Boot and identity federation protocols Hands-on experience with CIAM solutions and cloud-native deployments preferably Azure Familiarity with DevOps principles Kubernetes and CI CD practices Strong problem-solving communication and leadership skills Shift Duration 8 Hours Job Type Full-time Schedule Monday to Friday US shift Work Location Remote
