We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Team Manager to lead and oversee operations in the fire safety industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales marketing and technical staff ensuring successful execution of projects and driving business growth across the Newtown Kolkata region Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a cross-functional team including sales executives marketing personnel technicians and coordinators Set clear goals monitor performance and ensure timely achievement of targets and project deadlines Plan and oversee the execution of fire safety projects including installation servicing and AMC for fire extinguishers hydrants alarm systems etc Ensure compliance with fire safety norms industry regulations and client specifications Coordinate with clients vendors contractors and internal departments for smooth operations Review and approve quotations proposals and project reports Conduct regular team meetings performance evaluations and training sessions Identify business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning and business development Maintain records of projects client feedback and operational efficiency Resolve team conflicts escalate issues and ensure high levels of team motivation and discipline Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field fire or safety certification preferred 3-5 years of experience in team management preferably in the fire safety or construction industry Robust leadership decision-making and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English Hindi and Bengali Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint CRM and reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate New Town Kolkata West Bengal Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Language English Required Work Location In person
