About Us Identicube LLP is a dynamic design studio that creates engaging visual solutions for the construction industry We combine creativity innovation and close collaboration with our clients to produce unique animation and design work that tells strong stories and helps brands stand out Role Overview We are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Head to lead our creative team In this role you will guide the overall visual direction of projects inspire fresh ideas and ensure that our work meets the highest standards You ll be responsible for shaping concepts from start to finish and making sure our designs connect with our clients goals Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all creative projects from concept to delivery Develop ideas storyboards and visual styles that bring our clients messages to life Manage mentor and motivate a team of designers and animators Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present creative solutions Review and approve designs animations and other creative materials Keep up with industry trends and bring innovative approaches to our work Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations What We re Looking For Proven experience in a senior creative or art direction role Strong portfolio showing a range of creative projects Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into effective visuals Knowledge of animation processes design tools and production workflows A collaborative mindset and a passion for storytelling through design Why Join Us At Identicube LLP you ll be part of a creative and supportive team that values original thinking and high-quality work We believe excellent design can make a real difference and we d love your help to keep pushing boundaries and delighting our clients Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
