We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our culinary team The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in South Indian Chinese preparations and must be able to lead a section of the kitchen efficiently Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your specialty South Indian Chinese and other cuisines Supervise and support Commis chefs and kitchen staff Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are maintained at all times Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations Manage inventory for your section and minimize wastage Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of dishes Requirements 2 plus year of proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role Expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisine is a must knowledge of other cuisines is an added advantage Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and under pressure Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is preferred Food and accommodation will be provided Call employer (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kozhikode Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Chef 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
