Job Title Department Manager Locations All Preethi Silks branches - Calicut Kondotty Feroke Palakkad Chavakkad Malappuram etc Departments All departments - Sarees Ready-made Gents Kids Churidars Fabrics etc Reporting To Store Manager General Manager Job Summary Preethi Silks is hiring Department Managers for all departments across all branch locations The role involves handling day-to-day operations team supervision stock management and achieving department-level sales targets while ensuring top-quality customer service Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage assigned department operations Ensure proper display cleanliness and stock availability Guide and motivate the sales team to meet daily weekly targets Attend to customers and solve product or service-related queries Monitor department-wise sales and performance Coordinate with billing warehouse and admin teams Train and support new staff in department functions Maintain product knowledge and update the team regularly Eligibility Criteria Experience Minimum 2 years in a textile apparel retail environment Education Plus Two or any Degree Skills Good communication Malayalam is a must basic English preferred Leadership and team management Customer handling and sales orientation Basic knowledge of billing and stock handling Department Preference Prior experience in Sarees Gents Kids Churidars or similar sections preferred Work Details Branches All branches - Palakkad Chavakkad Malappuram etc Working Days 26 days week 1 day off on rotation Working Hours 9 00 AM - 6 30 PM Facilities Food and accommodation provided Salary Based on experience and performance Job Type Full time Pay 23 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location Remote Application Deadline 24 07 2025
