Position Summary We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our design team The ideal candidate will work closely with senior designers to create functional aesthetic and innovative interior designs You will be responsible for assisting with all phases of the design process from concept development to project execution while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced collaborative workplace Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of interior design concepts and mood boards Collaborate with senior designers to prepare design presentations and client proposals Produce detailed drawings floor plans elevations and 3D visualizations using CAD software AutoCAD SketchUp etc Assist in selecting materials furniture lighting color schemes and other design elements Conduct site visits to gather measurements assess project requirements and ensure design intent is adhered to Support the project management team with timelines budgets and vendor coordination Source and coordinate the procurement of materials furniture and finishes Stay updated on the latest interior design trends materials and technologies Ensure compliance with building codes and design regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field 1-2 years of experience in interior design internships or freelance work can be considered Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite Strong understanding of design principles spatial planning and color theory Ability to work independently and in a team with good attention to detail Strong communication skills both verbal and written A portfolio showcasing design work academic or professional Desirable Skills Knowledge of project management tools and techniques Familiarity with building codes zoning regulations and sustainable design practices Experience with 3D rendering software e g 3ds Max V-Ray Revit Passion for creativity design and a keen eye for aesthetics Job Types Full-time Permanent Internship Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
