NKey Responsibilities

nThe Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and managing the CAR-T therapy ecosystem across the assigned zone. This role goes beyond traditional pharma sales and requires strategic engagement with oncology centers, transplant hospitals, clinicians, and institutional stakeholders to drive adoption of CAR-T therapy through scientific credibility and operational coordination.

NZonal Commercial Leadership

- Own zonal revenue, activation targets, and center onboarding plans for CAR-T therapy.
N




- Develop and execute zone-specific commercial strategies aligned with national CAR-T rollout objectives.

- Identify priority hospitals, transplant centers, and oncology institutes for CAR-T adoption.
N

nStakeholder & KOL Engagement

N

n
- Build long-term partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, transplant physicians, hospital leadership, and therapy coordinators.
N
- Act as the primary commercial interface for key opinion leaders and early adopters within the zone.
N
- Support scientific discussions by collaborating closely with Medical Affairs and Clinical teams.
N

nCenter Activation & Therapy Enablement

N

- Drive therapy readiness at hospital level including process alignment, referral pathways, and treatment workflow understanding.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient journey from referral to infusion.
N
- Support pricing discussions, institutional agreements, and commercial frameworks where required.

nCross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely withMedical, Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing teams for seamless therapy delivery.

- Provide market insightsto support brand positioning, educational initiatives, and scientific engagement programs.

- Participate in CMEs, scientific forums, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer programs.

- Track competitivelandscape, emerging therapies, and evolving CAR-T protocols.

- Identify new opportunities for expansion into additional indications or centers of excellence.

- Provide structured feedback to leadership on market dynamics and adoption barriers.

nQualification & Experience

- Graduate degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Medical Sciences
N
- MBA or advanced management qualification preferred
N
- 8–15 years of experience in Oncology / Hemato-Oncology / Specialty Care / Biologics (minimum 5–7 years in oncology/hemato-oncology/CGT segment)

- Proven exposure to institutional selling, complex therapies, or high-science products
N
- Prior experience with cell therapy, transplant programs, immunotherapy, or rare diseases preferred
