- Lead and execute the learning and development strategy for Branch Banking teams across the East Zone, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer service standards, and organizational growth initiatives.

- Identify training needs through performance analysis, business reviews, audits, and stakeholder feedback, and design effective training interventions to improve employee productivity and sales performance.

- Develop, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs covering banking products, branch operations, regulatory compliance, customer relationship management, digital banking solutions, leadership development, and sales excellence.

- Partner closely with zonal business leaders, regional managers, and HR teams to implement capabilitybuilding initiatives that support branch expansion, employee engagement, and succession planning.

- Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, performance metrics, certifications, and posttraining evaluations,



while preparing detailed MIS reports and recommending continuous improvement measures.

- Coach branch managers and frontline employees through field visits, classroom sessions, virtual learning, and onthejob mentoring to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.

- Ensure all training content remains updated with changes in banking regulations, internal policies, products, systems, compliance requirements, and industry best practices while maintaining high training quality standards.

- Drive a culture of continuous learning by leveraging digital learning platforms, managing training calendars, coordinating with internal and external trainers, optimizing training resources, and ensuring timely completion of mandatory learning programs across the East Zone.
