Role & responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development:

- Identify and forge strong relationships with key decision-makers at banks within your designated zone.

- Collaborate with bank officials to develop and implement effective co-branded marketing campaigns.

Sales Leadership:

- Set and cascade ambitious sales targets for your zone, ensuring alignment with the overall bancassurance strategy.

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to maximize product penetration within partnered banks.

- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team of Regional Managers to achieve their individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

Team Management:

- Recruit, select,



and on-board high-performing Regional Managers to build a strong and successful bancassurance team.

- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous learning.

- Ensure your team adheres to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and bancassurance distribution channels.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
