Role Responsibilities:

Lead tele collections and field interventions across multiple agencies at the zonal level.

Drive process targets, ensure business goal alignment, and monitor strategy implementation.

Coordinate with internal functions for workforce planning, infrastructure, and cost efficiency.

Mentor, review, and manage team performance and employee development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in tele collections and agency management, preferably in NBFCs.

Solid leadership and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Proficiency in dialer management, shrinkage control, and forecasting.

Available to join within 30–60 days.
