Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in Zoho CRM implementation and customization

- Learn and develop applications using Zoho Creator

- Support workflow automation and business process implementation

- Write and modify Deluge scripts under guidance

- Prepare documentation and user guides

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

- Collaborate with developers on live client projects
