Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio BPI Architect to design and lead the process intelligence and process mining architecture across client engagements. The role combines process architecture, data connectivity design and mining expertise, translating execution data from SAP and non-SAP systems into actionable, data-driven transformation insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain the process intelligence architecture across SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and connected systems.
- Design data connectivity and event-log extraction pipelines from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Configure and deploy process mining dashboards, KPIs and preconfigured performance metrics.
- Establish governance frameworks, variant management and modelling standards across the Signavio suite (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub).
- Analyse execution data to identify bottlenecks, deviations and root causes of poor process performance.
- Translate mined insights into transformation recommendations, prioritising high-value improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes by building the data-driven business case for change.
- Integrate SAP Signavio Process Intelligence with SAP Build Process Automation and third-party systems via APIs (OData, Ingestion API).
- Partner with enterprise architects,



business analysts and IT teams to align process architecture with the broader technology landscape.
- Act as the technical authority on process mining/intelligence, guiding adoption and best practice across the delivery team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 years' overall experience in business process architecture, SAP Signavio consulting.
- 5 years' hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, with a strong focus on Process Intelligence / process mining.
- Proven experience designing data connectivity and integration for process mining (event logs, connectors, APIs).
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP processes and modules (e.g. FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and how they map to mined execution data.
- Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process architecture/governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programmes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP Build Process Automation, SAP BTP or equivalent automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into explicit, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including remote workshop facilitation.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams spanning business, IT and external vendors.
- SAP Signavio Business Transformation Consultant certification, preferred.
- SAP Signavio Process Management Consultant certification (or equivalent process mining/intelligence certification), preferred.
