About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, accounting, payroll processing, taxation, compliance, audits, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing finance functions within a fast-paced IT/SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
- Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, and related reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis reports.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally.
- Manage GST filings, GST reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Handle corporate tax compliance, TDS filings,



and annual tax returns.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Work closely with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, Corporate Tax, and Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Expertise in MIS reporting and financial data analysis.
- Good understanding of payroll and salary processing.
- Experience handling audits and statutory compliances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com degree.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in IT/SaaS/Technology companies preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
