About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in .NET development to join our engineering team. You will work on building and maintaining backend services, contributing to automation initiatives, and collaborating with senior engineers on scalable, production-grade applications.
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core / C#
- Working knowledge of at least one relational database : SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and understand basic database design/normalization
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, or Azure AD any hands-on or project-level exposure)
- Solid grasp of REST API development and consumption
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Positive debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Good to Have :
- Exposure to Power Automate (Cloud or Desktop flows) for process automation
- Familiarity with Power Apps for building low-code business applications
- Experience with Copilot Studio for building AI-driven chatbots/agents
- Basic understanding of SharePoint integration
- Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP principles
- Work with SQL Server/PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and performance tuning
- Assist in deploying and monitoring applications on Azure
- Assist in building automation workflows using Power Automate where applicable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging production issues
- Document technical designs and maintain code quality standards
Qualifications :
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
