Hiring: HR Support Officer

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to join our Human Resources team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR reports, and other HR documentation
- Support payroll administration, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee benefits administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR best practices
- Coordinate employee training sessions, engagement activities, and other HR initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR support,



recruitment, or office administration is preferred
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee records management
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HRIS systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
