- Operations Management: Direct daily workflow, set production targets, and maintain high repair or manufacturing quality standards.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control operating costs, track profit margins, and drive revenue growth.

- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor supervisors, technicians, and support staff to build a high-performance culture.

- Quality & Safety: Enforce workplace safety regulations, health protocols, and statutory compliance standards.

- Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts, tools, and material supplies to prevent shortages or excess stock.

- Customer Relations: Resolve escalated client complaints and improve retention and satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
